Stay in the Eifel/Moselle region with beautiful green valleys, small waterfalls, and sleepy villages. Enjoy this beautiful setting with its many lovely walks, museums, and the tranquility of the area. Beautiful cities such as Cochem, Trier, and Bernkastel-Kuez are also just a stone`s throw away, and the craters near Daun and Gerolstein are within reach for a day trip.

Facilities
We have 3 bedrooms with two single beds and a bunk bed. The shower, kitchen, and living room are shared. You can stay in the house alone, as a couple, or with a group of up to 12 people. Our furnishings are quite basic. Because the house has been renovated ecologically, you will sleep between clay-plastered walls (so no chemical smell), shower with heat from the sun, and use only solar electricity.
Activities
You will immediately notice the tranquility of the village and nature in Rorodt. The area is breathtakingly beautiful, and the highest point of the province is just around the corner. Whether you want to take an evening walk or one of the many beautiful day hikes (10 to 15 km) or cycling routes nearby, visit a museum, sauna, or shop: we have made a
map for this. There is also plenty to do inside the house: the attic is our recreation room and contains
a unique ecological library, musical instruments, and more. Enjoy the pristine starry sky in the evening.

Heads up: we are not yet open for stays at this moment unfortunately. We have renovated a great deal ourselves over the years, and everything still needs to be approved by the authorities before we are officially allowed to offer bed and breakfast. Please also contact us if you wish to stay for a long stay (1 to 4 months) to unwind during burnout, if you want to write a book, or if you want to take the time in peace for another project.
